Similar to a stock IPO, it allows investors to participate in the initial offering of tokenized property shares, which can then be traded on the Loaf Markets exchange with full liquidity.

How does tokenized real estate trading work on Loaf?

Loaf Markets tokenizes luxury properties as on-chain real-world assets (RWA) on the Base network. Each property is fractionalized into tradeable tokens listed on a central limit order book (CLOB).
